How do I receive my purchase?
Everything is an instant digital download. After your Etsy purchase is confirmed, your files are available immediately in your Etsy account under Purchases, and via a download link. No physical item is shipped.
What file formats do I get?
Digital paper and wall art are high-resolution JPG; wallpapers are HD JPG sized for phones; Shopify themes are a .zip plus a setup guide PDF. Each listing states exactly what's included.
Can I use these commercially?
Digital paper includes a commercial-use license for finished physical and print-on-demand products. For art prints and wallpapers, the download is for personal use. See each listing for details.
Do I need special software?
For paper, wall art and wallpapers, any tool that opens JPG works (Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut…). For themes you need an active Shopify plan. See

What's your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, they're generally non-refundable — but if anything is wrong with your file, message us on Etsy and we'll make it right.
